All rights, including copyright and database rights of the Van Ways Ltd website and its contents are owned by Van Ways Ltd or otherwise used by Van Ways Ltd as permitted by applicable law.
Van Ways Ltd is a specialist vehicle financier and vehicle supplier, strictly governed by its relationships with lenders and dealers, and cannot be held responsible for any change to vehicle specification or finance rates or any other variable outside of it's control so imposed by those companies.

All vehicle descriptions are supplied by dealers, and therefore Van Ways Ltd shall not be held responsible for any related errors or emissions on pricing or vehicle description. Van Ways Ltd has the right to refuse a sale or adjust any details up until an order has been received in writing from the customer at an agreed price set by Van Ways Ltd

By accessing Van Ways Ltd web pages, you agree that you will access the contents solely for your own private use and not for any commercial or public use. You can download and use the service on a single CPU at a time and print out a single hard copy of any part of the content on Van Ways Ltd website for your personal use.

Van Ways Ltd reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover the cost of arranging vehicle finance, or if the loan does not complete due to false information given on the application form. The administration charge is kept to a minimum to cover costs only. In the event of a cancelled order by the client, or the client changing supplier the administration fee will not be returned by Van Ways Ltd

Used vehicles Supplied by Van Ways Ltd
Vehicles supplied by Van Ways Ltd will be covered by a warranty for a minimum of 3 months. It is the customer’s responsibility to be fully aware of the parts not covered by the car warranty (if any). The car is supplied on the basis that the client understands Van Ways Ltd will not rectify or compensate for any car repairs outside of the car warranty.
If a car is returned the customer bears the cost of return and a cancellation fee of 5% of the car value or a minimum of £500, whichever is the greater.

Descriptions
We attempt to describe the products offered on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit.

Vehicle Finance is Subject to Status
Vehicle Finance is provided, subject to status. Written quotations are available on request. To apply you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).

Delivery Policy
Van Ways Ltd offers you two options for receiving your new vehicle. You may collect your new vehicle in person from our business premises at any time from 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday or alternatively you may request that we deliver the vehicle you have selected to your home address. Please not we will ONLY deliver the vehicle to the address that you have specified in your finance application as being your valid home/residential address. There are no exceptions. If you opt for a home delivery you must allow up to 7 business days from the date you signed your finance agreement for the vehicle to be delivered. For mainland vehicle delivery there is NO charge for delivery. However for Certain areas of Scotland, Islands & Cornwall we will advise of the nominal delivery fee in advance of delivery

Cancellation & Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase any time up to the delivery of your vehicle. If you are not satisfied with the vehicle at time of delivery you may immediately cancel and return the vehicle without penalty. Once you have taken delivery of your vehicle, signed the credit agreement & satisfied yourself of the condition & quality you cannot cancel your purchase. It is your responsibility to make any & all checks of your purchase before signing or entering into any credit agreement.

The Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations Act 2004
Guidance on the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 No.2334. Van Ways Ltd comply with distance selling rules. Customers are not permitted to cancel or return goods for:

Services which begin, with the customer's agreement, before the 7 day cancellation period ends
Goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations
Goods made to a customer's specification
Goods which cannot easily be returned (e.g. electricity) or which will deteriorate quickly (e.g. flowers)
Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which they have subsequently opened
Betting, gaming or lottery services
The new regulations do not apply to financial services or auctions.

Data Protection Act
If you make an application, your details will be held on computer and used in a credit scoring or other automated decision-making process when assessing your application. An enquiry will be made with Credit Reference Agencies, who will record it so that it can be viewed by other Agency users. Your information will also be checked with fraud prevention agencies and if fraud is suspected Van Ways Ltd ("we" or "us") will record this and those details will be shared with other subscribing organisations. For the purposes of this application you may be treated as financially linked and your application will be assessed with reference to any "associated" records. If you are a joint applicant or if you have told us of some other financial association with another person, you must be sure that you are entitled to:

Disclose information about your joint applicant and anyone referred to by you
Authorise Van Ways Ltd to search, link or record information at credit reference agencies about you and anyone referred to by you
You authorise us to make all enquiries necessary to verify this information to enable us to consider this application. By agreeing to the terms and conditions when making your application, you are giving your consent for your information to be used by Van Ways Ltd for administrative, underwriting and marketing purposes. VanWays.com / Van Ways Ltd does not store any of your financial information including credit card & banking details in any online or offline system. Your credit card or banking information is only used at the point of purchase for the sole purpose of capturing your payment for the vehicle/service you have purchased. Once your purchase is complete all such financial information is immediately destroyed/shredded beyond retrieval. The finance company or banking institution you have accepted your vehicle finance from will operate their own policy in this matter. A fully copy of their terms will be provided to you BEFORE you supply any financial information and their policies will comply fully with the UK Data Protection Act. Van Ways Ltd is not responsible in any way for the policies of the financial institution you are accepting finance/vehicle funding from.
